At One Philosophy, we gather and analyse the real-world experience of Ukrainian business leaders and organisations to extract and share the practices that enable resilience in times of crisis and change.

The One Philosophy Group of Companies launched the #Resilient platform in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to capture the experience and lessons learned from the challenges that Ukrainian institutions and companies have been going through.
But in 2022, Ukrainians faced the most difficult challenge of the 21st century — the war in the country, which became a battle for the survival and future of not only Ukraine but the entire sustainable world. We decided that we had to capture the lessons of how Ukrainian organisations and businesses are going through this experience and inspiring the world.
Our researches
Resilient.
For the long run (2024)
A research of the management conclusions after 10 years of Russia's war against Ukraine. Of these, 2 years have been a full-scale war on the country's territory: as of the end of February 2024, Russia has fired more than 8,000 missiles of all types at Ukraine, and society is living under constant shelling, losses, mobilisation, volunteering and blackouts. In 2024, Ukrainian leaders are beginning to perceive the conditions in which Ukrainians find themselves not as a sprint, but as a long marathon of endurance.

Battle for the Future (2023)
On 24 February 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Ukraine became a shield for Europe and an example for the world. In 2022, Ukrainians lived and worked in extremely difficult conditions caused by the war. Despite their unique experiences and historical differences, the people managed to unite in the face of tragedy. We have gathered the thoughts, experiences and ways of finding resilience of the leaders of Ukrainian organisations and businesses that helped them to survive and keep their teams together in the unprecedented war of the 21st century.
Resilient.
The way forward (2021)
The research brings together the experience of Ukrainian entrepreneurs and their resilience strategies for the second pandemic year. This year, Ukraine also celebrated its 30th year of independence, during which most of the organisations and companies participating in the study were formed.
Resilient
COVID—19 (2020)
Ukraine's first research of organisational resilience during a pandemic that has changed the course of life around the world.
We have combined the experience of 50 business owners and executives who have led their organisations through an unprecedented crisis. As of October 2020, 10% of the world's 7.8 billion people were infected, according to the World Health Organization.
