The year 2021 is significant. It represents the second year Ukrainian entrepreneurs have faced the pandemic. Additionally, it marks the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's independence, a period during which most of the organizations and companies involved in the #Resilient research have been established.
In 2020, we at One Philosophy founded the #Resilient platform — a space for business owners, CEOs, and organizational leaders to discover effective strategies and progressive leadership practices that work in Ukraine's new realities. Specifically, we have conducted a series of online events on relevant topics and launched the first organizational resilience research in Ukraine, which we have decided to make an annual initiative.

Resilient. The way forward is the second study on organizational resilience.
This year, we interviewed 54 owners and leaders of organizations through in-depth interviews and an online survey. In this report, we have collected the most valuable insights and proven practices from top executives that enable their organizations to remain resilient in the face of challenges.

Based on the results of the research, we have identified key trends that are currently impacting organizations in Ukraine.
❶ The pandemic is here to stay
❷ Competition remains fierce
❸ We are all in the same boat
❹ Are consumers maturing?
❺ Work — together and from anywhere
❻ Burnout and blurring boundaries
❼ Health is an investment, not an expense
❽ Everything is becoming digital
❾ There is a shortage of professional talent
❶⓿ Resources are becoming more expensive
