Ukrainians lived and worked under extraordinary conditions brought on by wartime throughout the entirety of 2022. Despite the unique individual experiences and historical differences, the collective experience of hardship and tragedy unified the people in the face of unprecedented aggression. Ukrainians united their strength in a way that would result in fighting, working, volunteering, and bringing victory closer most effectively. Ukraine today is a border between two worlds: between the world of freedom and unfreedom, and Ukrainians are fighting this civilizational battle every day.
WAR AS THE TERRIBLE PAGE IN THE HISTORY OF INDEPENDENT UKRAINE IS A SPRINGBOARD TO A COUNTRY WITH A PROMISING FUTURE THANKS TO ITS RESILIENT PEOPLE. WE NO LONGER POSTPONE LIFE FOR TOMORROW BUT LIVE IN THE HERE AND NOW BECAUSE WE ALREADY KNOW OUR SOURCE OF RESILIENCE AND DO NOT DOUBT OUR FUTURE.
In research Resilience. Battle for the Future, we have compiled together the learnings of leaders across different sectors — from founders of agricultural companies to heads of public organizations to media representatives — into 30 Leadership Lessons. We at One Philosophy believe that this acquired knowledge will be useful not only to local businesses but also far beyond the borders of Ukraine.
