ONE PHILOSOPHY
In the 1st Ukrainian Research on the Resilience of Organizations during the pandemic we brought together the experience of 50 business owners and chief executives who were leading their organizations through an unprecedented crisis. We held five open #TheResilient online events and 30 in-depth interviews with companies' chief executives.

The pandemic has affected all industries in Ukraine. We spoke to representatives of the economic sectors that have suffered from Covid-19 and those who have benefited from it. However, in most industries, the individual organization’s results depend on its resilience and response to the crisis.

45% of the surveyed chief executives expected the fall of their organizations' income to be between 20% to 90% in 2020. At the same time, 16% of chief executives forecasted their income to grow from 5% to 20%, while another 19% predicted that their income would remain at the previous year’s level.
Covid-19 has accelerated the implementation of a number of solutions in organizations: from the transition to remote work and leveraging new software solutions to higher degrees of digitization of products and processes. During the quarantine, 71% of organizations have launched a new product or service, with 55% having attracted new partners for joint initiatives and planning to improve the customer experience.
